There’s no doubt that today’s working environment is wrought with constant change and evaluation of effectiveness. No group is more susceptible to this environment than the workforce learning and performance function. In this session you will learn from Mark Myette and your peers how they have ensured viability and how they are identified as ‘keepers’. You will learn specific strategies you can implement to execute your strategy of viability.
